What competencies were you able to develop in researching and writing the course Comprehensive Project? How did you leverage knowledge gained in the intellipath assignments (Units 1- 4) in completing the Comprehensive Project? How will these competencies and knowledge support your career advancement in management? When researching and writing the course comprehensive project I brainstorm about what is something that possible does not exist. I thought about what area in society that can benefit from that particular product and decided the target market to be law enforcement and for scientific purposes. Having working in the law enforcement field for a few years and seeing possible improvement help me with the comprehensive project. When working in intellipath I learn a lot of useful information that assistance me with the comprehensive project. I learned how to find the proper target audience, about demographics, and price strategies. I learn a lot from working and completing the exercises in intellipath. Have that of the inner working of an organization will help me advance in the management. Marketers must consider the strategic implications of buyer behavior, market segmentation, product positioning, pricing, distribution, advertising management, and customer relationship management. Analyze how your strategic marketing plan fits with your mission statement and goals and what type of target audience would your pricing objectives likely to positively affect. The overall goal of the product is to analyzes any substance it comes into contact with in an instance. The target market are law enforcement and high school in Louisiana. Detail how you will use customer relationship management to ensure loyalty to your product and the brand. To ensure loyalty to my product and the brand I would utilize to CRM techniques foster word of mouth and keep track of my customers. In this society many spend more and more time at computers and smartphones and when but when it comes to what to do, what to buy and where to spend their time, word of mouth is, like it has always been, the best way to acquire loyal users. Using the word of mouth technique it carries the highest amount of trust to consumers while still maintain a very non-pressured approach. The other technique I would use is keeping track of customers. It’s one thing to have a positive customer experience, but it’s another to keep track of ongoing customer relationships and following up on recent experience with my business. This in return goes hand and hand with positive word of mouth experiences. What role does technology play in supporting your customer relationship management plan As stated before in this day and age technology plays a huge role in marketing your product, business, etc. So utilizing computers, smartphones, tablets will play an significant role in supporting CRM plan.
