Mini-Workshop Facilitation : Students will design and facilitate a mini-workshop that highlights key aspects of physical and health impairments disability that focuses on both key aspects of the physical and health impairments disability and how the disability is situated within a larger discussion of special education and the inclusion of students with disabilities. Your mini-workshop should  include: a) a multimodal presentation b) an activity to engage the class c) a discussion of the challenges a student with this disability might face in a  traditional (non-inclusive classroom)  d) a discussion of the assets and strengths that a student with this disability  might bring into the classroom e) teaching strategies or approaches that would be most effective in engaging  students with the particular disability.  *You are welcome to use our course texts as reference, but you are expected to seek and use additional resources to gain a deeper understanding on the physical and health impairments  disability.
