The diversity of paradigms within each region (in the United States and within each country) is vast; paradigms exist within smaller sub-cultures and vary from town to town, village to village, family to family, business to business, and religion to religion. For intentional proof, we can look at documents everywhere—from mission statements to wedding vows. Social research allows us to look at the ambiguous and the unwritten and shed light on the incredibly complex issues that have yet to be written. In this discussion board post, explain what a paradigm is, and apply it to a real-world example that you have observed. Then, share a simple paradigm that you have observed to help understand the complexities and vast array of paradigms that exist and impact our daily lives and encounters.
